Q. Why don't you offer editing?
A. We want to provide a niche-based service that allows us to focus on providing the best quality we can regarding one of the most important days you'll experience. We also want to provide you with faster turnaround times and more economical options.

Q. How do I pay?
A. There are two easy payment options for you to choose:
• You can put a $100 deposit down when you sign your contract to reserve your date, then break up the remaining balance into three easy installments. The final payment isn't due until after your wedding.
• Pay the entire amount up front and you won't have to think about it anymore!

Q. Do you charge for travel?
A. Yes, we charge a nominal fee for events that require us to travel 40 miles or more from our office in Greer, SC.

Q. How long will it take to receive my video?
A. The answer to this question can vary as much as individual weddings themselves. Our turnaround is usually based on the volume of work we have (busy seasons will take a little longer) and/or whether we need any information from you to assist in completing the final version of the video. Please rest assured though; we endeavor to get every wedding out to the bride and groom as soon as it is ready to be shipped.
